If you have a small child, you very likely end up with a lot of art. I never really know what to do with Ellington's art and I had just been clipping it to the fridge. My clip was getting VERY full and I needed to clear off the fridge because that is where I display Christmas cards. So, I wasn't really sure what to do!
Several weeks ago I got the idea to fold a piece of poster board in half and staple it down the sides to create a great big folder of sorts. A normal size folder wouldn't quite do because some of her artwork is larger than a regular piece of paper. I let Ellington decorate her folder!
The folder works great and I keep it stored behind a dresser. It keeps everything together, but it isn't a big mess. Win win.
The last few times that I have wrapped gifts I have saved little scraps. Yesterday I let Ellington make a collage with them. She LOVED it and it was CHEAP. Another win win.
I just wanted to share these two idea with ya'll! Happy Sunday!
this is so cute! i'm sure it makes E so proud to see her artwork in a special folder. i better do this with my Hunter!
