Emerson's First Birthday

Saturday was Emerson's first birthday party!  Robert had to work Friday night so he wasn't able to go, but Ellington and I headed to Jackson on Saturday morning to go to the party!  Ellington was really excited, but she wanted it to be her party. I guess that's just part of being a two year old!

The birthday theme was little red wagon.  Everything was sooo cute!  LeAnna did a great job!

The second the Mickey car was opened Ellington was ALL about it.  Ha!  She wanted it to be hers.  :)  Luckily, Emerson was happy to share with her!

We tried to get a picture of Emerson and me together (since we share the same birthday!), but it didn't really work out...

We had a great time at the party and we can't believe Emerson is already ONE!  We also hadn't been to Bryant and LeAnna's house since Christmas Eve so it was nice to be there again.  We shouldn't wait another year before going back again. :)
