This Deserves a Post of Its Own

Last night (February 28, 2010), Ellington slept the WHOLE night for the first time!!! (7:15 pm-6:45 am) WOOHOO!!! This is huge people. I didn't have to stumble out of bed. I didn't have to change a diaper. I didn't have to wish she would eat faster. She just-slept. I can't say the same for myself (ha!). I kept looking at the monitor with every noise. She would stir and cry a little, but never fully wake up. And Robert, being the sweet guy he is, realized when he came home from work this morning that there was NO bottle by the sink (which meant "it" actually happened). He slept on the couch for awhile rather than coming in our room and waking me up. So yeah...it was great. I realize that this might not happen again tonight. I realize that it might not happen again for awhile. But, now I know it's possible and that feels good!
